Shipping Policy

We work with global suppliers to bring you the best products at competitive prices.

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. During high-demand periods, processing may take up to 5 business days.

Estimated delivery times:

• United States: 7–15 business days

• International: 10–20 business days

Please note these are estimates and not guarantees.

We are not responsible for delays caused by:

• Shipping carriers (USPS, UPS, etc.)

• Customs processing

• Weather or natural events

• High-demand periods or holidays

Delays do not qualify for refunds.

Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address.

If an incorrect address is provided:

• We are not responsible for lost packages

• We are not obligated to resend or refund the order

If tracking shows “Delivered,” Sweet Sculpt is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

We recommend contacting your local carrier directly. You may also file a claim with the shipping provider.

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email. Please allow 2–5 days for tracking updates to appear.

Orders containing multiple items may arrive in separate packages. You will receive tracking for each package. If there are any issues, please send us an email using the Contact Us page and we will update you on the status of your order.
